TEXTThese last two DRSBs (Packet 1 and 2 of Pouch 12) were issued by Bill Powers. Bill's son, Lincoln, wrote on December 20, 2016 "My dad, Bill Powers, purchased Harry's enterprise when I was 4 or 5 years old. These last two were published by my dad. My dad lost many subscribers from Arizona, but unexpected health issues caused the paper to go unpublished and after eighteen months, my dad could no longer continue with the publication. That was in 1966-1967. I was born in 1961 and, of course, was too young to purchase the paper at that time. The last two were not reprints but they were not published by Harry but by my dad.
"In 1985-1986, I attempted to "resurrect" the DRSB by reprinting Harry's work. I re-printed the first 4 issues (Packet 1,2,3 and 4 of Pouch 1) but I couldn't get the interest that Harry once had. My efforts were not on par with Harry's and I could not rekindle interest."
