I don't have any flyers for Holguin's Red Mill House Restaurant and Coffeehouse, but Chalo's wife, Marilyn Holguin Perez, sent me these two photos. The Red Mill House was located at 3602 Eagle Rock Boulevard in Los Angeles, California, and was a viable entity for 24 years. Many people referred to the establishment simply as "Chalo's."
